They turned out great and they werent hard to make at all , I got the recipe from this site http://mexican.betterrecipes.com
It is a very good site and is easy to follow ,
The enchiladas where yummy and I will definatly be making them at home for my family
Niamh and I are still to pick what Mexican dish we should cook next time :)
